Water Division

Tanglewood Lake Association (TLA) has a privately-owned Water Company* that provides water to the Tanglewood residences (single-family and condominiums), as well as the Tanglewood Golf Club and the Tanglewood Shopping Center at SR306 and Bainbridge Rd.

The water system was purchased by the Tanglewood Lake Association out of bankruptcy court in 1982 to protect our vital interest in maintaining and improving the badly operated and inadequate water system needed by our residents. The company's operating budget includes costs associated with adhering to the Ohio EPA regulations (click for our latest EPA compliance report), implementing system improvements, providing on-going maintenance, and treating** the well water to protect residents.

Paperless billing is here!

TLA and Tanglewood Water Division billing is active as of April 2025. With this new system you can see your bills and billing history, choose to have them sent via email and pay bills on-line if desired. We are also offering a FREE option of automatic pay or autopay which can be drafted automatically from your account 30 days after the invoice date of your bill. (Autopay with a credit card will come with a processing charge) The first step is to set up an account on https://tanglewood.authoritypay.com/ using your account number and CID number found on your new water bill.
